METRO WRESTLING is New York City's gay freestyle wrestling club. We hold regular practices twice weekly.

We teach a BEGINNERS' CLINIC on the first Sunday of every month and host an annual tournament. METRO WRESTLING practices are sanctioned by The Amateur Athletic Union. (Click here to join). We send athletes to The International Gay Games, World Outgames, EuroGames, Northeast Beach Wrestling Championships, and to events with other affiliated clubs.

Everyone is welcome. Gay, straight, male, female, athletes and spectators. Come check us out!

Metro Practices

Metro practices in Manhattan every Saturday from 5-7 pm at Fighthouse (122 West 27th Street, 2nd floor). Metro practices every Sunday from 2-5 pm at The LGBT Center (208 West 13th Street Room 412). Admission Sunday $10 or $35 per month; Fighthouse Saturday $12.
